  4. Mix egg, sugar and oil
  5. Add softened raisins.
  6. Shift plain flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix well.
  7. The mixture should be smooth like photo. If not, add 1 tbsp water.
  8. Add oatmeal and mix with spatula.
  9. Use two teaspoon and drop the mixture on a baking tray.
  10. You should be able to put them all on a tray.
  11. Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until it's golden. (if oven is strong, try 160℃)
  12. Once it's golden, it's done!! (Inside may be soft right after baking but it will be hard after cool down.)
