- After 1 and 1/2 hour the dough should have been almost doubled in it's size. Punch the dough to remove air in the dough. Knead the dough for a couple of minutes
- Now sprinkle so. flour on the slab and roll the dough with a rolling pin. It should thick(don't roll it like a chappati)
- Now take a donut cutter or a small lid and big lid to cut the donuts. Put it on a piece of parchment /butter pepper. Grease it some oil and let the donuts rest for 15 minutes
- After 15 mins the donuts should have a rise in the size.
- Now fry the donuts in oil. Fry them on the low flame. When the donuts turn golden brown remove them from the oil.
- Now melt some dark chocolate and dip the donuts in the melted chocolate. Now decorate them with some sprinklers and balls (as available) Due to lack of ingredients I have decorated them with some crushed chocos and little hearts biscuits
